SMS Terms

Pocket Perfume runs two separate text message programs, and you choose each one on its own at checkout. You are never required to join either in order to buy anything.

The two programs

Order updates. Texts about orders you place, such as when they ship and when they arrive. This is an ongoing subscription covering your orders, not a single order. Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 4 texts per order.

Offers. Occasional promotions, new scent launches and member deals from Pocket Perfume. Message frequency varies, no more than 4 texts per month.

Agreeing to one does not enrol you in the other, and neither is a condition of any purchase. Our two storefronts run separate programs: opting in on one site does not opt you in to texts from the other.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts, but your mobile carrier may, according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to be removed. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not text you again unless you opt in a second time. STOP applies to every program and every one of our brands, not only the message you replied to.

You can also ask us to stop by emailing hello@pocketperfume.com, and we will remove your number by hand. You never have to use a particular word to be taken off the list.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for support information, or email hello@pocketperfume.com. Replying HELP does not change whether you are subscribed.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be affected by your carrier, your device and your coverage.

Your mobile number and your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and are excluded from every other category of sharing described in our Privacy Policy.

We use your number to send the messages you asked for and nothing else. We keep a record of when you opted in and what the wording said, because we are required to be able to show it, and we keep a record of a STOP so that it is honoured permanently.
